For a person who prefers a conservative investment approach and desires the advantages of professional management, yet wants to remain in contact with the investment of their funds, Scott Conyers Capital Management is the ideal investment management firm.
We invest for growth with less exposure to risk than most growth investment alternatives. With the equity portion of portfolios the goal is to better the S&P 500's total return, and measures of portfolio volatility show that clients' exposure to risk is at least 30% less than the stock market as a whole. Investment risk is reduced because each individual holding reflects in-depth understanding of the company being purchased, its products, management, strategy, competition, and especially its intrinsic value. The firm invests clients' money only in companies we follow and understand.
Clients are kept abreast of their investments in several ways: monthly and quarterly analytical statements, periodic letters discussing the companies they own and insights into what the economy and the stock market are up to, detailed tax information early each year, face-to-face meetings with all those interested in the funds, and questions answered at any time.
Scott Conyers Capital Management's goal is to bring to its clients good investment returns with low risk, the benefits of intelligent and deliberate investment management, and investment diversification, at a fee lower than most mutual funds and with a level of client service few money managers or mutual funds approach.
